What we collect

• Your account: name, email, a hash of your password (never the password itself), plan and billing status.
• Security records: sign-in times, IP address and browser, kept to protect your account.
• Usage: how many AI messages you used, to apply your plan's limits.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

Your leads

In the current version your leads and messages stay on your own computer. When cloud sync arrives, they will be stored only for you, never sold or shared, and deleted when you delete your account.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in, and one remembers your light or dark theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing hello@clientorahq.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions can be ended on every device from your account page, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
