Card and PayPal payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy, and nothing here limits the rights your local consumer law gives you.

How to ask

Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or visit paddle.net to find your order. You can also write to hello@clientorahq.com from your account email and we will point you to the right place.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page (Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
