1. The service

ClientoraHQ is a product of Shehryar Ahmed, Rawalpindi, Pakistan ("we"). It helps you find potential clients, write outreach and follow up. You decide whom to contact and what is sent in your name.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One subscription is for the number of users in your plan.

3. Plans, billing and refunds

Subscriptions renew each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and refunds follow the Paddle Refund Policy (see our Refund Policy).

4. Fair use and limits

Each plan includes a monthly number of AI messages and other limits shown on the pricing page. We may pause use that harms the service or other customers.

5. Third-party platforms

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms have their own rules, which may restrict automation. ClientoraHQ works at a human pace within daily limits, but we cannot promise any platform will not restrict your account. You use these features at your own risk and must follow the rules of each platform and the laws on electronic marketing where you and your contacts are (for example UK PECR, EU GDPR and Canada CASL).

6. Not allowed

Spam, harassment, misleading messages, contacting people who asked not to be contacted, or reselling the service without our agreement.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
